2008 AABPS Annual National Meeting - Atlanta, Georgia The meeting will be held on Monday, November 17 in conjunction with the AAPS Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. The meeting will take place in the Birch Room at the Omni Hotel CNN Center between 5:30 and 9:00 pm.

Members of the Core Working Group of AABPS will provide an update on the progress and discuss about future organizational activities. Listed below are some agenda for discussion at the annual meeting:

Activities
The annual meeting of AABPS will usually be held in conjunction with the AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENTISTS (AAPS) Annual Meeting. AABPS actively supports the establishment of local and regional chapters. These chapters will provide members with the opportunity to interact with other pharmaceutical scientists and exchange ideas on a regular basis and will be responsible for local programming. In this regard, North America has been tentatively divided into the following groups -
1. East Coast
2. Mid-Atlantic to South
3. Midwest
4 West Coast
5. Canada
In addition, contact persons for student chapters, academic, industry and government agencies in North America as well as in Bangladesh will be expanded in the near future. Anyone with a genuine interest and commitment to support the above activities are encouraged to contact members of the Core Working Group.
